1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Tourvaio.in. By accessing our website, making inquiries, or booking tour packages, cabs, buses, trains, or flight assistance, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming any travel arrangement.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- Advance Deposit: A minimum advance payment is required to confirm hotel reservations, cab blocking, and ticket bookings.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance amount must be cleared as per the payment schedule agreed upon during trip confirmation or prior to starting the tour.
- Pricing Validity: All quotes are subject to availability at the time of final booking confirmation. Seasonal surges or hotel tariff updates may apply.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation guidelines apply:
- Advance Notice: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp.
- Hotel & Transport Charges: Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policies of our hotel and transport partners.
- Service Fee: Nominal administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
- Non-refundable Services: Peak season bookings, non-refundable flight/train tickets, and special permits cannot be refunded once issued.
4. Itinerary & Route Changes
Tourvaio.in strives to adhere strictly to confirmed itineraries. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, road blockages, landslide risks, flight/train delays, or government restrictions, minor alterations to the itinerary or vehicle routing may occur for customer safety. Any additional costs arising from emergency extensions or route changes shall be borne by the client.
5. Identity Documents & Travel Conduct
- Valid ID Proof: All travelers must carry original government-issued photo IDs (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) throughout the trip for hotel check-ins and permits.
- Travel Behavior: Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards local coordinators, driver partners, and hotel staff. Tourvaio.in reserves the right to discontinue service in cases of misconduct or unlawful activities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tourvaio.in acts as a coordinator between travelers and independent service providers (hotels, transport operators, airlines, railways). While we ensure top-quality service standards, Tourvaio.in is not liable for personal injury, property loss, accidents, flight cancellations, or delays caused by third-party vendors or acts of nature (force majeure).
