Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Tour Cancellation Charges
If you wish to cancel your booked tour package, written confirmation via registered email or WhatsApp is required. The cancellation charges apply as per the table below:

| 30 Days or more before departure | 90% Refund (10% Admin Fee deducted) |
| 15 to 29 Days before departure | 50% Refund of Total Package Cost |
| 07 to 14 Days before departure | 25% Refund of Total Package Cost |
| Less than 7 Days / No Show | No Refund (0%) |
2. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the cancellation date to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card).
